About our services
Your Destiny Live provides online tarot readings and life coaching sessions. Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. Tarot readings are offered for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only and do not constitute professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
Bookings and payments
All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking via Stripe. Prices are displayed in GBP and include any applicable taxes. Your booking is confirmed once payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email.
Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel or reschedule a booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled session for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable. Courses and digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed. If we need to cancel a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Courses and digital products
Upon purchase, course materials and digital downloads are made available via a secure, time-limited download link sent to your email. You may not redistribute, resell, or share course materials without our written permission.
